What it is and why
A single-page landing concept for a fictional dental clinic in the Liquid Chrome Dark style: glass cards, chrome headings and a canvas-drawn 3D tooth blob. One HTML file with no build step or dependencies.
Limitations
Concept: the clinic is fictional, the phone is a placeholder, the page carries a "concept" banner.
The form sends nothing and says so itself.
Prices and services are made up; there are no automated tests.
